Winter is soon behind us and for most of you exercise enthusiasts there is now a spring in your step! Gone are the freezing dark mornings and cold early evenings.

No matter how dedicated and disciplined you are with your fitness routine, it always takes extra strength to drag yourself out of bed for that morning run, knowing that Jack Frost has been out and about.

The evenings are not much better when you’re off to the gym in the darkness of the night…and it’s only 6pm!

Well, adios winter and hola spring!

To bring some sunshine into your workout routine, I have rounded up the best tunes over the winter of 2014/15 in our workout playlist so you can spring into life and liven up your sessions!

Remember to log in to Spotify to listen to the playlist, it’s free and the best audio streaming platform out there.

Enjoy.
