“Colin has been coaching me for several years. When I commenced Personal Training with him, I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery and Colin worked with me to strengthen the muscles around my hip.
Although I was in considerable pain at the time, he managed to really strengthen all of the muscles around my hip resulting in a much faster recuperation period. In fact the physiotherapist at the hospital was surprised at how strong my hip was a day after the surgery and had me doing advanced exercises straight away!
I have continued Personal Training with Colin and he has focused on my core muscles and hips. I had previous hip surgery 12 years ago and that hip is much weaker which I blame on the lack of exercise prior to and after the surgery.
Colin is extremely knowledgeable and careful to do no harm in situations such as mine. Having said that, he does constantly challenge you and I feel substantially better and stronger than two years ago. Colin comes very highly recommended.
