“When I met Colin in 2010 I had been working out sporadically and failing spectacularly at achieving my fitness goals for 10 years. I had resigned myself to obesity and ill-health and weighed 318 pounds. I began Personal Training with Colin as a last attempt to reverse the course I was on and the results, three years later, have been nothing short of miraculous. I have lost almost 60 pounds and achieved 12.4 percent body fat.
I owe that success to Colin. He created a individualized program that addressed every factor holding me back, both in and out of the gym. Nutrition is as important as squats which is as important as sleep. He literally dragged me to one of his spinning classes on Christmas Eve of 2010 and that has proven a transformative event in my life. Colin provided endless encouragement and enthusiasm and most of all he made it fun and enjoyable!
So for succeeding where everybody failed, for the extra years with my wife and kids and for the joy I get in kicking the asses of people 20 years younger in my daily spinning classes.
