After years and years of teaching spinning sessions (not to mention the hundreds of miles I probably pedalled!), circuit classes and Boot Camps, I’ve always had great feedback from my classes about my playlists.
I’ve been looking for the right platform to share my playlists and have decided to go with Spotify. Spotify is basics. I am all over it. It’s got pretty much every song you will ever want to hear, you can make your own playlists or choose to listen to others.
The best thing about it, is that’s it’s absolutely free!
You’ll just need to download Spotify here to be able to listen to the songs but if you love exercising to music then it’s a must! It’s also a great way to share your music with others, particuarly on social media.
I’m starting to sound like a rep for Spotify and I really should be on some sort of commission so I’ll stop here!
