“Colin has been coaching me for several years. When I commenced Personal Training with him, I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery and Colin worked with me to strengthen the muscles around my hip.
“Colin quickly outlined my many body imbalances from years of abuse as a high level rugby player. We worked on an intensive strength and conditioning program focusing on realignment, muscular imbalances, core stability and mobility. I now no longer have back pain and have become far stronger than ever before.
